• Click the link below to access eLicensee

• Permit Number: mb followed by your permit ID minus the (2) 0's in front of your ID. For example, if your ID is 0012345 your Permit Number to log in will be mb12345.

• The Password: password (ALL lower case)

• Once logged in, go to "Account" to change the default password.
